With a wealth of experience in the design and safe use of mobile aluminium scaffold towers we can supply you with a complete tower system to meet your exact requirements. Whether your preferred build method is 3T or AGR, we have a solution waiting for you.

We work with most major scaffold tower manufacturers and can supply individual components for most models, enabling you to keep your existing scaffold towers in the best condition, safe and up to date.

We also offer a full inspection service for most makes of mobile scaffold tower. This is generally done on an annual basis, or more frequently for heavy use, and involves us visiting your premises to carryout a thorough inspection of your existing stock.

We check each individual component for damage and assess the number of components you have, compared to the current component list recommended by the manufacturer.

We issue you with a full report detailing the condition of each component and advise on which components needed adding to ensure full compliance with the current regulations and industry guidelines.

We can provide onsite mobile scaffold tower training for your workforce or contractors.

BoSS MOBILE ACCESS TOWER SYSTEM

BoSS Ladderspan is the market leading tower system designed for the professional user. The access towers are manufactured using state-of-the-art technology to offer consistent quality. The BoSS Ladderspan tower systems offer a choice of single 0.85m or double 1.45m frame widths and these are available in deck lengths of 1.8m or 2.5m. These options give you the flexibility to build from 1.2m to 12.2m platform heights. Uses 3T – Through the Trapdoor build method so the operator can assemble the system in the trapdoor of the platform.

INSTANT SPAN 500 MOBILE TOWER SYSTEM

Span 500 is a new, highly adaptable, fastrack tower system featuring 500mm rung spacing and integral weldless ladder side frames aimed primarily at the rental market.

This Instant tower can be constructed in 0.5m increments and does not need separate guardrails, giving greater flexibility and fewer components in your inventory. The Z-configuration bracing pattern enables quick, hassle free assembly whilst providing a very rigid structure.

Available in narrow 0.82m and wide 1.43m and lengths of 2m, 2.5m and 3m which are compatible with other Span systems to ensure maximum functionality for each location. Instant towers feature the unique high strength Rib-Grip jointing system, guaranteed for 10 years.

BESPOKE ACCESS SYSTEMS

In addition to standard mobile scaffold towers we can design, supply and install purpose made systems to meet the more demanding work-at-height requirements.

Stairway Access Tower – designed from standard kit, this simple scaffold tower provides access on most stairways. Also being made up of standard kit it can be used for everyday use with the addition of basic components.

High Clearance Frames – designed to fit with standard scaffold towers, these purpose made side frames take away the need for restictive diagonal & horizontal braces at the base. This enables the user to span over gound level obstacles while building the scaffold tower safely.

Plant Access Stand – designed to fit securely on the tracks of the vehicle and provide stable access to the cab and engine area.

Fixed Access Stand – made-to-order lightweight, maneuverable, fixed access stand.
