PRODUCT SERVICE & SUPPORT

We aim to be the UK’s premier Powered Access service provider.

Working with our service partners, our highly trained team of mobile engineers enables us to offer true national coverage for all forms of access equipment. We provide routine servicing, LOLER examinations, breakdown cover, repairs and spare parts. Our engineers operate from fully equipped mobile service vehicles, each carrying extensive stocks of spare parts enabling our engineers to carry out first time fixes when called to an urgent breakdown.

In addition, every engineer is trained to a high standard and carries their certificate of competency, so whether on the road or at the workshop, clients are always assured of the highest levels of service.

We work on all makes and models of MEWPS including; JLG, Genie, Niftylift, Haulotte, Skyjack, Snorkel, UpRight, Power Tower, Pop Up Products, Youngman, Instant Upright, Zarges.

PROVIDING COMPLETE SOLUTIONS TO WORK-AT-HEIGHT PROBLEMS

As a specialist access company our objective is to provide you with a safe and effective way of working at height. With a wealth of industry experience and an extensive product portfolio we are confident of providing the right solution to meet your access requirements.

Our unique COMPLETE ACCES SUPPORT PACKAGE means we can provide the right equipment and the necessary service, inspection and training programmes to keep you working within the latest regulations.

 

ANNUAL SERVICE & EXAMINATION AGREEMENT

Our Planned Preventative Maintenance Packages (PPM) allows us to keep your equipment in the best possible condition, whilst ensuring you are working within the current regulatory standards;

  • LOLER (The Lifting Operation Lifting Equipment Regulation 1998)
  • PUWER (Provision an Use Of Work Equipment Regulation 1998)

 

We offer the following service/examination agreements;

  • MEWP Service & Examinations – our standard package includes 2 x services & LOLER examinations per year but can be tailored to suit your exact requirements.
  • Aluminium Tower Inspections –  we can undertake a detailed and thorough examination of your aluminium towers on an annual basis, or more frequently  if working conditions dictate.
  • Ladder & Step Inspections – we can undertake a detailed and thorough examination of your ladders & steps on an annual basis, or more frequently  if working conditions dictate.

 

With all the above agreements we provide you with the necessary paperwork to indicate the equipment is safe to use. Not only does this ensure you are meeting the required Regulations but it helps you build up a service history on each piece of equipment and an audit trail for Health & Safety requirements.

 

SPARE PARTS

We appreciate how important it is to keep your equipment working and how quick we need to respond when its not.

Choosing the correct parts of sufficient good quality is a major factor in maximising machine up-time. We have the expertise to identify, source and supply parts at competitive prices.

BATTERIES

Good quality, well maintained batteries are at the heart of many of the MEWPs we supply but, at some point, even the best maintained batteries need replacing.

We work with closely a number of major battery suppliers and can offer a complete range of products, for speedy delivery at competitive prices.

 

OPERATOR TRAINING

We supply on-site operator training for all of the equipment we supply. Each course is carried out by a fully qualified trainer at your premises, with your equipment. On successful completion each candidate is issued with the relevant certificate of competency.
